Previously, it was mentioned that the specifications and standards for testing were derived from the entire vehicle, system, and component levels. However, in actual testing, the entire direction is reversed. We start with each basic test from the component and gradually apply it to system and whole vehicle testing.
After each component is tested, there is also a system level test, which varies in size and is a part of collision safety. Our vehicle collision safety design is based on the battery tray, which serves as a strong material and is combined with the body and front subframe to form a collision protection structure. After testing each part, including the subframe, body rigidity, and battery, we will assemble it onto the entire vehicle to form such a separate system. At this level, we will conduct corresponding lifting tests, including static pressure, static stiffness, and dynamic impact.
