- Check whether there is virtual soldering or virtual connection in the circuit joints;
- Re calibrate the torque;
- Sensor aging, moisture exposure, drying or replacement of torque sensor;
- Check if there is strong electrical interference near the sensor signal line;
- Check if the sensor shielding wire is effectively grounded;
- Check the wiring of the torque sensor and, if necessary, measure the linear speed of the drum;
- Replace the encoder signal line
