China Aviation Industry Corporation Limited (referred to as "AVIC") is a state-owned mega enterprise managed by the central government and an authorized investment institution by the state. It was established on November 6, 2008 through the restructuring and integration of the former AVIC I and II Group Companies. The group company has industries such as aviation weapons and equipment, military transport aircraft, helicopters, airborne systems, general aviation, aviation research, flight testing, aviation supply chain and military trade, specialized equipment, automotive parts, asset management, finance, engineering construction, etc. It has over 100 member units and 23 listed companies, with more than 450000 employees.
